Wood and veneer
All wooden and veneered elements are covered with a matte varnish, so they can be wiped with a damp cloth or do dry cleaning. To avoid streaks, we recommend using a gentle glass cleaner. For example, “Clin”, which is in any household department of the store.
Protect the products from direct sunlight. Change the position of objects that are constantly on the table. For example, vases and/or salt and pepper shakers, so that there are no traces or "sunburn" under them.
To keep the table fresh longer, do not leave wet dishes, cups of coffee or tea on it for a long time.
Use hot plates and cutting boards.
If children like to draw with felt-tip pens or markers at the dining table, make sure that the dye does not appear through the sheets. You can put more sheets of paper or use an album for drawing.
Textile elements
The fabric on the chairs is cleaned with dry cleaning. Removal of local contamination with furniture foams or alkali-free and foaming solutions. Dry cleaning with a vacuum cleaner. It is recommended to use a nozzle with soft bristles.
The linen tablecloth can be washed manually or in a machine at a temperature of 30 °, drying in a straightened form. Does not require ironing.

Cargo acceptance rules
Cargo acceptance rules
We hope that this instruction will not be needed!
1. Inspect the packaging for defects
2. Describe the defects in the invoice or in the act, if any
3. Send the invoice or the act describing the defects to the courier or to the terminal
4. Pick up the order
5. Unpacking the order at home
You receive the cargo.
You don't let the courier go, you don't sign invoices without carefully examining the packaging – everything should be fine with it. Any damage to the packaging (even if the box is slightly cracked at the edges, crumpled) must be fixed.
Take a picture of the defects and describe them in the consignment note, describe in detail the nature of the damage in any empty place and put a signature with a transcript under the description. For example: "The packaging is crumpled, the protective film is torn."
One version remains with you, the other with the courier. It is important that the courier has an invoice with a description of the nature of the damage.
If you receive the cargo at the terminal, then ask the warehouse employee to provide an act of damage to the cargo. In the act, describe in detail the damage to the packaging. One act remains in stock, the other with you.
You release the courier.
If there are damages on your parcel, take pictures of them and send them to us.
Only such an algorithm of actions will allow you to recover compensation from the transport company for damage to your cargo, if this happens, a deviation from it will be a reason for refusal.
